  • since my last I removed the entire engine and did a complete check of everything. Had to replace the radiator and all seals, hoses and the thermostat and housing. New gaskets and water pump. Serviced the gear box and replaced the engine mounts. check the NM of torque on all the engine bolts. alot were set to low. And new shocks GT sport on the front.
Well Vz is running great. Tho since new front caster bushes, wheel alignment and balance its has started vibrating over 80km's And radiator has developed a leak so a couple of small problems to solve. Just got a new radiator of eBay $129 Heavy duty.
Selling My holden VS ute :( but already got a holden 2004 VZ ute :)

Update: Sold my VS ute For $5000 cash 222 000km's when i bought it for $4000 three years ago. It shows that with some TLC you can bring a heap of crap back to a champion of a car. Spent about $1000 on modifications and selling for 5000 three years on shows just the demand for a holden ute. had on corner for less then a week.

VZ ute now has manifold spacer and new rear shocks, next Is C.A.I and mod chip. then im happy :)
