does anyone no when you put new lifters in a vt 3.8 holden engine ,with non adjustable rockers ,When you put the new lifters in and pushrods and rockers ,do you torque the bolts down starting from the number one cylinder ,when its at (TDC,compression stroke ) and do the same with the others following the firing order ,or can you torque the rocker arm bolts with the valves opened or closed,does anyone have any sugestions
