Alloy rims are so cheap these days and so many shapes and sizes i can't see why you'd bother, and no one should put interceptors on Stato's and Calais!!!!!!:bang:
But hey what ever floats your boat!

Looks nice on my Calais, better than standard hubcap looking mags.

can you elaborate on this? padrickz, myself, and a few others are running 225s on a 6" rim and i certainly haven't had or heard of any problems, but i don't know what crab means
Too miuch bulge in the sidewall, and it leads to a lot of sideways movement or 'rolling' of the tire.

I have actually taken to running a 205/60 on my 15x7s, you stick a hell of a lot better in corners - which more than makes up for the lost 20mm in tread width (vs a 225)

Interesting, I might stick with 205s on my front 7s and try force a 245 on the rear ones... need all the straight line rear grip i can get :p

at the moment i'm actually running 225s on the rear and 205s on the front which is maybe why i'm not so affected :p might stick to this combo in the future

VN V6, nothing special
Yeah i would probably be better off with some 215's on the front (since its a 6 inch rim) but meh, ill live, the bulge looks sexy as hell :) I used to have 205's on the fronts (6") but then threw some 225 highways on and i dont know if its because the highways are an epic tyre or because its wider (maybe both? i dont know) but the grip is so much better now....
Only thing that pisses me off is that 15's in general have to much sidewall, to much flex...... Might get sexy walky 16's when i have the $$$ :D
(got 225's on 7" rims on the back, grip-tastic) lol

1. 245's = drool
2. i reckon 245's on the rear of a vn would be pushing it a fair bit, i had to roll my gaurds to fit in 225's... So maybe try and find a vlt/vl8 diff ;) SEXAAAAAAAAY!
3. 225's on the front, 245's on the rear ;)
