Whats the condition of it?
If you can afford to keep it and have storage, then yes keep it as an asset
There are getting rare to find a 304 5spd in good cond

Totally agree with what member "Phillbert" has suggested.

Basically anything with an originally factory fitted 308 is now a license to print money and is worth far more than what it was 5 years ago.

Not that rare - they’re out there. In good condition probably worth 6-8k to the right buyer. I mean, no panel damage, low km, all original etc.

It won’t depreciate any further.

If you can afford to keep it ( both space and money wise). And is in good original condition.
See yourself getting one in the future when times are better.
Then is certainly worth keeping.

Can't see them being worth stupid money like toranas and early monaros but you'd hate to pay $20k, $30 k or $40k later for something you had years ago and probably in better nick.
Maloos at least well looked after low mileage ones, some are asking up there prices.
Seen somewhere else where a 97 series III maloo 14 k mileage ( looked like new) apparently went for the asking price of $42k just last month

Ok smarty pants ;), maybe I should've said 5Litre but even though it's a 304 everyone still calls them 308's. Technically a 304 is a 4.9 but they're still affectionately called a 5 Litre.

That's like 12 km a week ... the proverbial only-to-church-on-Sundays Maloo?
