    Diff code

    I have used the search function and found the post about how to change VZ diff oil and the code on my diff doesn't appear to be anywhere. Just looking for what sort of oil I should be using when I change it? The code is BMK and ratio 3:08:1. Thanks everyone. Edit: Car is a 2006 SVZ wagon.

    dont know for sure on the ve's but a reconditioned vz 6 speed gearbox conversion kit can start from around $2500, but i think then you might have to change the diff ratio if you change the gearbox?

    i got a vz sv6 man and it use to hav 2.87 diff ratio but i change it to 3.46 2.87 @ 100 kmh 1800rpm in 6th 3.46 @ 100 kmh 2200rpm in 6th i get bought 45kmh to 50 kmh out of 1st, makes a big difference to the vehicle lot of fun to drive
