Have you tried floor presses? really helps with the middle part of bench pressing helped me get over a plateau.

I can't remember the last time I actually drove my car in auto, the tiptronic is too much fun,as for if it harms the gearbox I wouldn't know but if you get your car serviced regulary it should be right.

Defiently leave them on mate car looks heaps better with them.

Cops will never take your engine cover off if they pull you over.If they are really concerned that you have mods on your car they will probably just pop the bonnet and have a visual inspection and that would be it.

Defiently get the insulators and spacers they are great.As for other mods I would go with some rockers i've got 1:9:1's and they are pretty good also a 69mm throttle body probably wouldn't hurt either and you can't tell just from looking at the engine that you have these.For prices just get on...

Recieved the MAF today and i went to install it and it doesn;t fit to the rubber piping that runs to the throttle body,is there any way around this or am i going to have to buy larger piping.Thanks.
