I have an 07 calais v international, it has the l98. Check for delayed engagement into drive on a cold start and slip 3 - 2 gear changes. Not a major issue mine, does both and has 220k ks. Just a pain and will probably need a rebuild replacement eventually

I agree with Fu. The calais tail lights already look good in my opinion. If your too lazy to be like Fu and restore your headlights, I got a set of calais spec non originals for $200 off ebay that are still holding up fine after a year or so. Look great.

If that doesn't work, turn it on without any phones nearby or turn Bluetooth off on the phones, see if it loads normally

I'm with brettly here 200k ks isn't alot for an l98 if it's been treated right. If your not after more power it will hang in there for another 100k with some minor maintenance. (Obviously I have idea on condition it could be crapped out already)

2 to 3 months wait, $2500+, returning it if its wrong. Sounds like a major hassle. I'm sure you could find a shop that would build a custom setup near you in a few days for not much more then that. Bonus is you can play around with it and get it perfect for you

If your not sure go to a quality tyre shop and ask, get written quotes and see if your willing. If it doesn't work you have thenwritten quote to put back on them

You will need a pump, the fill point is on the side/top of tranny. A cheap bottle with hand pump from SCA or similar will get the job done

Your vehicle speed sensor is buckled. Replace it

Did the wheel alignment guy check caster settings? Did you get a report with the numbers?

Watch a couple of videos on bumper removal and you'll see what you need to install it.

Service for peice of mind. Mine has the same engagement delay on cold start, wait a few minutes for pressure to build and its not as harsh. Service didn't make any difference on mine for start but was smoother, dont think it had been completed in a long time.

No proof mixing coolants occurred. If its leaking, nore likely the pull is being twisted ,most probably from another worn pulley wobbling, and that has damaged the seals. Green by itself even flushed prior wont cause this, you just have to change it more often.

Sounds like you need a new water pump. Check all the other pulleys for play as they may have caused the damage

From what I've read, even if you put in green it won't damage it, just need to flush it more often. If they claim red coolant has damaged the system and you have to replace the lot, take your car to someone else

I still call bs on this. The engineers union would never let that stand. Let alone other groups.
