it says in your sig that you have try y extractors id be dumping them first and get a set of decent 1 3/4 4-1's and some high flow cats to suit will make a big difference in sound

na its all good man a 304 would be much cheaper to cam i went down a similar path and the cam from the states was 700 and 990 for a cam tune for a vxss but i ended up selling the car
the cam tune is around 1000 and a mafless if it hasnt got one and the gear from the us is around 1000 all up shipped to your door and if your doing all the work your self you might save a couple of hundred so you might not save heaps but just a thought
this with 297rwkw thats easy 11 with slicks with tune only ls1's can crack 12's easier with a manual that ive seen i did a 12.9 with an auto 236rwkw with tyres pumped to 40 psi so 13.008 something is a miss there
