XR6 Turbo for days. Cooler, springs, injectors, exhaust and tune will see it making silly amounts of tyre smoke at all speeds.

Our super 6 did this. Changed all and more of what you mentioned and it still did it. Changed fuel pump and it never did it again.

Spray the door switch with some wd40 and jiggle it about. Its probably intermittent.

If the radiator coming out is stuffed, use said long screwdriver and a hammer and break the clips off. Will save you much headache and skinned...

The stub axles should only be held in with a circlip from memory. A sharp tap with a bar and hammer should move it.
If your getting random error codes for no apparent reason, try unplugging your abs module and see if the codes (besides an abs fault) go away.
Let him go. We've all been there. You'll do all the work and by the time you've paid it off your bored with it so sell it for a massive loss.
stock sv6 looks like a stock ss tho?
Buy a high km ss and put the lsa in. Much cheaper and easier.
