The odo is pretty much separate to the speedo needle, the odo is a physical drive but the needle is spring loaded to 0 and the cable spins a magnet and trys to pull the needle around against spring pressure. Id say the spring has broken and jammed the needle up.

Its the factory vs 5ltr alternator, i will put a proper bulb on the circuit and test. Does the signal have to be a direct to battery connection? Im fairly sure thats what ive done but i may have put it through a relay i cant remember.

Finished making the exhaust this arvo: Stainless was a little different to weld, i used a stick and took me a few holes to get it set right.

Yeah possible, personally id look into a truetrac center but they are a bit expensive. They work a lot better and last longer then the factory cone type LSD.

Crewmans and Tonners had diff problems, machining swarf was not cleaned out and putting metal into the bearings. Most got done under warranty. Fuel gauge is probably sender, fuel gauges in them aren't very accurate when working either.
