H7's for the internal high beam QH's. I was thinking myself you could probably change these to a HID 55w setup. I reckon the ballast would fit inside the light housing theres a fair bit of room in there

Hi troy I cant see that the HID bulbs would be to hard to change but probably not much point as the ballasts are 35W so to get any real benefit you'd probably want to upgrade these to the 55w HID ballasts and globes, the problem i see with that is whether or not youd get ballasts to fit back in...

Love what youve done to it, I only went 20"s on mine regret it now ...want 22's. and hanging to get my exhaust done

just go to your nearest reputable exhaust dealer and have one made to suit i got quoted $750 for cat back system with sports mufflers under the rear to replace the stockies, this was from kens exhaust in the riverland south australia. xforce dont advertise a system for the LWB on their website...

Good luck with that. the cheapest vn v8 on ebay at the moment is a grand but reckon your lookin at 2 at the cheapest to get one thats half decent. so your 2.5 might just do it ..mini spool ..disconnect the back brakes. keepin the thing cool is the biggest challenge no matter weather u go the v6...

saw a ve ute with 22's on the other day looked killer. dont know if youd get them under a vy but imo they'd look fantastic.

just sold my vy ss 6 speed manual, getting them of the mark quick takes a bit of practice but the gen 3 is definately no slouch. theyre seriously detuned for australia the best thing you can do is chip and exhaust straight up helps heaps and cheap, being an electronic auto this helps out here...

vr was the last time holdens badged the lwb as either a statesman or statesman caprice, hsv did mods to only the statesman caprice, subsequent years were either the statesman or the caprice and hsv started badging their version of the lwb as the grange this also coincided with a shift away from...

just replaced the colour coded covers on my mirrors with the chrome ones, original equip on the r8's, looks sweet on my black caprice would set yours off nice too i reckon

just upgraded from a VYSS2 wagon to a WM Caprice and like yourself noticed how crap the lights are. went to upgrade the high beam globes to some Narva Blue Power ones ...$75 a pair but have had a few people tell me theyre worth it...so got home to find i cant get in to them on the Capo anyway...
