have u tried checkin all the vacume hoses/lines on the back of the control unit? had this happen in my calais and it was just a line that wasnt connected correctly alot cheaper alternative than havin the whole dash out and bits replaced if not needed!

need to get this bunky out and about again neil!

sounds like the globes on its way out, mine was doing the same then just stopped working, replaced the globe and its worked fine since or just use the dash read out for wat gear ur going into.....

yeah wheels arent all that pricey now days which is a benefit of 20s being so popular

couple new things with the car, upgraded the sub/amp setup so that pumps pretty good now, its now 2 type R 12s in a custom box mounted in the boot, and a 1000 watt alpine v12 mono amp, also comin upto the 135k mark so time for another service, will throw up some recentish pics soon...

i drove round in my calais dumped on 20s with p plates for over a year and only ever got pulled over for havin my foglights on, other than that never had a look from the cops, and still havent been pulled over either when i cruise past the cops they do have a good look but never do anything more

thanks StealthCalais, at times i do have some trouble but thats really only when ive got a full tank that the exhaust just touches, other than that no real problems hay black wheels on a black calais would be really nice, then just needs to be sittin on the ground to complement the wheels

fishman88, yeah bmw springs are abit different but the same style as commy rear irs springs, havin stock height is good sometimes as mine sits on the rear shocks with anyone in the back of the car haha, and gettin over things is a pain so i do wish it wasnt soo low at times but ah well...

cheers fishman88, the springs ive got are ones suited for a bmw, cheers for the pics comment aswell muchly appriciated not really just put the springs in cut the bump stops down abit, removed the plastic inner gaurds along with gettin them rolled and then modding them abit more so it dont touch...
