Hi all, just today i bought myself some new 6.5 splits and a Focal iBus 2.1 compact sub with built in 2 channel amp. I installed my speakers first, tried them out and they were working fine, sounded pretty good for just a swap. So then i added the sub/amp in. The right speaker and tweeter work...

Great looking ute mate, i cant wait to get my hardlid, im leaning towards bobtail for something different. They really complete the ute in my opinion.

OK so my blue LED festoon globes arrived and this is the result. i reckon it looks pretty cool, some may think otherwise but meh haha. I know ive only been doing small stuff but like i sais the lowering will happen soon, it will be my first "big mod" but for now im just styiling it to my taste...

I will be lowering it in the next few weeks to come, just waiting on getting tax back for that. But im pretty excited about it, ill be putting king springs ultra lows on with short monroe shocks. Ill post pics as soon as its done

So a little update, Ive detailed the car inside and out, gave it a good polish and wax so its all shiny sparkly now haha. I also changed my number plate lights to blue and also my centre interior light. As soon as i get my fesoon replacements for the lights behind the doors ill be changing them...

Love the ute mate! The subtle features really set it off, thats exactly how I want my ute too look when done. Doing well!

Wow sounds very interesting, so aslong as i get it replaced and make sure they do a proper job and dont cheap on anything i shouldnt see this issue again. thanks heaps for the help. And that last part sounds nasty haha

Ok thanks for letting me know, I now have a follow up question, what causes this? Is it a bad quality windscreen or laminate, is it from being exposed to the weather? And how can I prevent it as someone else on here has said they have the same problem so is it a problem with the car itself or...

Ah ok then. Im not the only one then haha at least I know now its nothing major

Thanks for the input guys, I think it may be a tape/glue residue issue from the sounds of things as the problem is on the underside of the screen. No other issues though, water isnt getting through and nothings leaking as of now.

As you can see in the photos, along the top of my windscreen it seems to be either peeling away from the glue or water is seeping in or something. Does anyone know what this is? am i missing a rubber seal that runs along the top or has the windscreen been replaced and the glue/sealant they have...

Thanks guys, Im aiming for a clean tidy look with subtle features. And yes i love the colour, one of my favourites in the range. As for the interior I am pretty sure that the leather was standard but i think u had the option to have it colour coded to the exterior so in my case it is black and blue.
