Kouta, that actually sounds like a contact issue inside your switches. Over time gunk and junk can build up in there causing resistance. Yep followed a thread I found on here. Heater tap on. Funnel in. Top up high. Open bleed screw. Let air escape. Start motor. Run to temp. Re bleed. Cap on motor off once reached temp where the fans come on come back an hour later. Coolant lvl has dropped.

Sounds like the switch you got could be gunked up inside and the contacts are sticking. Do you have a mate with the same car? If so, see if you can borrow their switch before going out and buying a new one. The indicators run thru the switch so not advisable to bypass it.
