    Thanks everyone. My car has 180,000 K on it so if the box has to come out anyway I may as well put a new clutch in.

    Thanks RiCeY. Tried bleeding the clutch when it first happened. I guess I'll go down the new clutch path. Now I'll just have to read these...

    Thanks. I wondered if it was the synchros but thought that would have been more of a problem when the vehicle was moving rather than stationary.
