I have a SII VT wagon and there is no actuator under the glovebox can anyone help it hit 40+ today and my sitcom only changes off of face when I let the car idle- wongers333

Vt S II wagon vent control problem
Hey guys I've read through most of the other topics on this but still can't find a solution to my problem. I only have 2 settings on my vent control, demister and face, but it will only switch to face when I take my foot off the pedal. I have replaced the vacume hose and the one way valve...- wongers333
