Hi looking to drop my fresh l67 and 4l60e into a vy commodore as my vt has over 300000 kms. What harness mods are required to do this and any other electrical requirements for it to run? Also will my kalmaker tuned chip be able to be put into the vy ecu?

From memory it should just be a case of splicing the two harnesses so the vy harness will accept the gbox loom for the 4L60e from vt? Yeah?

Get a long screw driver and place the head of it on each pulley bolt then put your ear to the handle of the screw driver like a stethoscope it will help u decifer where the noise is coming from (while car is running ) be carefully not to touch the belt with it though or it'll go flying

Should just be two hose coming out of purge canister at the top one goes to charcoal canister at rear of car and the other goes to the throttle body but no hole or hose at the bottom from recollection

Just had the vt super6 tuned after engine and trans rebuild. She pulled 215.2 rwkw / 288.7 bhp on 10 psi all in all a great result

My vt 98 s pal has multiple boot leaks and popes water in when I open the boot and I have about $5g worth of subs and amps in there plus it stinks. Help plz

Purge canister I would presume sometimes throws a code 97 error and is simple enough to replace

Are they interchangeable from ecotec alternator onto a/c alternator? As I have two ecotec ones in my shed.

Alternator has **** itself on my super6 vt is there anyway to repair it? I have 2 n/a v6 alternators there can the casings be changed or modified to suit? Short on cash
