just the plug and the nut maybe take the plug off add a bit of wd40 or somethin let it soak in theres nuthin else holdin it:thumbsup:

all fixed went to go out started car wasnt working still ..i went to plug me navigator into the cig lighter and i blew the fuse..stopped car pulled fuse out then started car petrol guage worked ? dosnt have any thin to do with cig fuse but must have been the electric jolt that fixed fuel guauge

hi all ....havin problem with vt exec fuel guage not workin at times just filled tank and guage registered full ..started later on now saying empty has happened before and came good....and yes i stuck a hose in to make sure it didnt get milked :thumbsup: also trip computer not registering any...

hi all any help with fault code 4ffff my mate says hold the mode button and the left arrow key down on my vt exec and turn ignition to on and go thru the codes i only get one code 4ffff anyone know what this is ...car is runnin ok thanx wal

purge hose check yhe purge hose my did the same got it tuned $300 a week later same problem this time i clamped it on for free.....col:w00t:

cut a hole in the floor lol ill have a look at a 308 tail shaft tommorow what about if i undo the centre nut on the diff where the rear uni bolts on can i change that. as the vr tail shaft will fit the rear just needs to hold a bigger uni....thanx for your help

help just pulled 5 speed out put m22 in spline at rear is bigger if i get a 1tonner tailshaft the universals are bigger will i have to change the diff:bang: my mate had a vr commy tail shaft the spline fits length is ok but it too has larger universal i cant bolt to diff:bang: stuck we...

hi will an m22 gearbox out of a 1tonner fit in my vc commodore.....its a red 2o2 and has a borgwarner 5speed in it.....tight on cash to fix five speed at the moment but can get a free m22 if it will fit..thanx wal

another blinker stalk just replaced another blinker stalk i think ive woked out why...when changing lanes i dont push stalk all the way down or up i just hold it till it blinks...this time ill push it all the way down and up and see how long this one lasts:bow:

what about the 2 or 3 pills your supposed to put in the top radiator hose the supposed to seal the water pump or somthing of the sort .....are they nessecary...wal

hi all also changed my blinker stalk thru constant ticking it was only $54 from mcgragh holden at moorebank

had same with my vt series 1 bulb holders forever commin loose put new rubber o rings on holders .......no problems now

have the same problem wth my 97 vt exec and have gone thru 2 torque convertors in past 5 years still have the same problem now and then.wal
