Keep in mind psi from a charger is different to a turbo, a lot more things break when the boost hits hard, as long as your 20-30% UNDER the max hp for the weakest component you should be fine. Don't think because you've got new rods rated at 800hp you should go to 800, stay 6-700 AT PEAK...

A tank of e10 every now and then will only do good, I get between 7-900 k's to a tank half city and half highway. Around 4-7L's per 100 on the highway but 8-10 in town if I drive like a normal person.

Depends what year both are, which model they both are, which sv6 engine it is, then it needs to be matched to everything your far better off paying more to get an as swap done.
