    LS1 Camshaft Help

    There's a VCM 21 on eBay at moment and description says its the biggest size they have to suit stock stall. Specs 217/225 , .578 lift on 113 lobe. They claim 50kw gain , i personally aint seen how this cam performs but can view it on idle in a VE on you tube.

    I have had a dayco poly rib on for last 12 months with no slipping or noise at all, was just after what other people use and think is best or have had problems with. In the past I used gates micro v belts and chewed. Thru 3 sets in 12 months!

    yeah as they guys said, 224/228 at most. It all comes down to tune too. Guys in the usa are running 223/231 .610/.617 114 in GTO Ls1's with stock stall with a little push , nothing too annoying.     Petrol flap not latching/locking shut

    Thanks mate, I checked it out and played with the lever and found that it was not returning fully as u said. The little black bit inside fuel flap was not quite popping back out to the full length. I may just need to pull it out at times but it closes now. On ya mate cheers !!!

    it could well be a coincidence the light has appeared after the trans job and nothing to do with actual trans. would advise to get code checked but chances are its probably an o2 sensor failing after being taken off and put back on during the work done....temperamental things the 02 sensors.
