You will be WAY better off getting a tune off one of the guys on here.. But now that you've said it's only going to be a skid rig that's a different story.. From what I understand the ONLY REASON a ttb setup should be used on a v6 is if it's going to be siting there screaming it's head off...

The getrag gearboxes that come with the ecotec's are crap, but the T5's are great strong boxes that heaps of people have bolted onto their ecotec's and L67's and they are A LOT cheaper then a T56... Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

Well I myself have a vp manual Commodore and I think it's a great car, the only real complaint is the brakes aren't too flash. But I've put new rotors and pads and bedded then on possibly and unless I drive like a idiot then they are ok. Like others have said there are heaps of parts around...
