    My SSV ute had a twin 3" xforce catback system installed when I bought it. I think it's pretty great and gets lots of kudos from those I show. Not something I would have installed myself (apparently up to $3000 installed) but a bit of fun. I have not found it to drone on a long trip.

    Yes. I have removed the inner panel and the plastic "nut" inside but nothing else wants to move. Access to the bulbs has to be after the lens is removed.

    Every 7000 ks?? My VT is still running beautifully 110,000 ks after I changed mine. Never has backfired. Maybe I'm just slack but I don't think mine need changing that often.

    I have VT Calias S2 and VX Berlina S2. The VX is quieter, has more power and probably steers better due to different rear end on the S2. Overall better to drive although I do like the extras on the Calais.

    I know in earlier Comms LPG disabled the traction control. Does LPG on either V6 or V8 disable traction control as well as ESP? Maybe the newer type SVI system overcomes this potential problem. Any help please.

    The impco system can use the original gauge, but I don't know of any way to enable Traction Control as LPG doesn't like it when cylinders drop out when TC is enacted.

    That equal tax would be feasable Cheap6, if, in fact, LPG was as polluting as petrol, which it isn't. Given that it is far better for the environment (which is the primary reason we have had it installed isn't it??), the govt should continue to encourage us to use it by keeping taxes low.

    Got gas on VT and VX. The VX had it installed last Oct. Cost $450 after Johnney's $2000 rebate. A change of plugs and leads and it's perfect. Costs $8.50 to do 100 kms. Power - no difference. Impco system on both cars. highly recommended.

    I've got both - the VX is smoother, quieter and tighter around the corners. Try for a Series 2 if you can afford it as it has better rear end.
