Which coolant temp sensor did you replace? The one at the front of the engine is for the gauge only, there is another at the back that the ecu reads from?

Pretty sure k-sport make adjustable coil overs for the vs, they also do a rear adjustable kit for the Utes aswell

So I've got the starter off and can see that the teeth and been grinding against the flywheel, I'm wanting to remove that gearbox dust shield thing and put the starter back in and check its engagement with the flywheel. Last weekend when I took the gear box out the dust shield came out fine...

So replaced my throw out bearing and after a quick 20 min drive it's rattling again, it's a bit quieter but still... Dunno what I did wrong but hahaha Also changed starter motor and its grinding but I'll check the engagement tomorrow Cheers

So gear box came out today replaced the throw out bearing and went straight back in, tomorrow just got to chuck in the new starter and put the passenger side extractor back in and done. Had a few problems with getting given and auto starter... And also repco ordering me the wrong throw out...

So my starter motor gave out on me this arvo lucky a few taps with the hammer got it going haha thrust bearing also needs to be replaced so gear box might be coming out at the same time... Maybe this weekend but we'll see

really? i think it should aslong as i have the matching key... i might have to do some more research but thought i found something saying its all good. anyway some photos.. test fitted the fogies and the surround thingos and looks good, dont have the foggies wired up yet. hopefully finish it...

Yeah I disconnected battery after and still the same Also had tuner pro hooked up and it's showing no output from the maf

So the problem is still there, I sprayed my original maf with maf cleaner but it didn't solve it, so I got an apparent "good" one from the wreckers and still showing code 32, is it possible I've now got 2 dodgy mafs or is it a more serious problem with wiring? I've got no mates with an eco tec...

Just do a search on the forum for the fault codes and normally people have encountered them before and they tell you what they did

If be checking for error codes then, just do a quick search for "checking error codes on vr" and you should find another thread, other then that it's a bit hard to know not being there

I'm gonna have a guess that one of your cool packs have gone, pull 1 spark plug lead off at time and if it makes it any worse then that ones good put it back on, continue through this and you might find you'll pull a lead off and nothing changes with how the engine is running so that coil pack...

Easiest way to see what mods is just spend some time looking at other people threads, SS kit always looks good, along with lowered and a nice set of mags but asides from basics there's a bit of other mods that can be done. Just have a look and you'll find what you like.

When driving the gauge pretty much stay around 30-40psi unless really upping it, it may get to get 50 something but that's about it

It's hooked up using a t-peice adaptor and it's only got the 4 wires, power, accessories, earth and the signal, no seperate earth and its dropping from 50psi down to 28psi
