now I'm doubting that, will have to bite the bullet & get them linked, VY ECU doesn't have a removable memcal, so I cant swap them over

both ecu & bcm were sold to me as a matched set with a remote key head, can they loose the link when removed from the original car?

I'm currently using a VY ECU & BCM
