Try sticking your key fob in the port in the centre console. That usually solves the confusion

I brought mine from ralf dsilva at Preston . They did the whole thing and I picked it up day one with the w310. Just don't deal with Karl, there are plenty of other salesman. The workshop service is excellent.

Tick for window tint. Get a metallic tint, quality, not Chinese cheapies. I got jet black, make sure they are going to do it properly by removing the window trims. Don't use the dealer they just put a margin on it from some one you won't ever know.
