Thanks blackwe76 - the flexible plant model is obviously only flexible for sedans. Manufacturing runs must be separate for utes and wagons. That would mean that my colour choice is probably irrelevant to my delivery time.

Blackve76 - on the Holden website there's inconsistency about which redline car colours get the black wheels. Is "some like it hot" really the only colour that gets silver wheels? I want to order my sportwagon this week but I actually want the black wheels.

Thanks duaned - that seems like two fairly likely issues. The SSV Redline does have different tyres to the Calais, and it's quite possible that the door seals could have been a problem. Heaven knows what would happen in the rain
