Yes very good actually. The best mechanic I've ever come across. He replaced the faulty seal for me with no fuss. Even wrote a report for me to take back the old faulty seal so I could get a refund for it. Legend! Very rare to find such a genuine no BS mechanics these these days. Definitely...

Based on the video it's definitely coming from behind the harmonic balancer. I degreased everything and isolated it to the balancer.

No, I got the seal from Holden and gave it to him. He did say he ran into difficulty removing the harmonic balancer. I wonder if anything was stuffed up. What's the best way to approach this so that he doesn't say it's not his fault. Just need it fixed as he was the last person to touch that area.

Yes i agree...... But when i put the relay back to fuel pump it doesnt work. Maybe the relay is on its way out and the low beam does not need a full strength relay... its working fine at the moment. Maybe the fuel pump will end up dying anyway....

hey mate, just a thought... before you replace the fuel pump do u wanna try swapping the fuel pump relay with the low beam relay or something.... cause i thought the same and swapped the relays and bang my car started...... just a thought.....

i have the same problem with my car sometimes... it turns over but doesn't fire... its like trying to start with no fuel. I think its the fuel pump as i cannot hear the hum just before starting. its worse in the morning when its been sitting without starting for a while. i need to check leads...

Hey mate thanks for the tip but mine actually turns but just doesn't start. It's like trying to start a car without any fuel. Just so annoying as it happens randomly specially when i'm in a rush. After about 10 mins of trying it fires and all good after that. any ideas guys?

how often do u need to clean the TB and the MAF sensor?

do a presssure test and check all the hose fittings? Check the resevior to check there is no leaks... Check the radiator for leaks...

What do u mean the supercharger models need to be bled differently? I flushed the system and opened all the bleed screws and left it open till water came out of all the bleed screws... is that wrong? I haven't had any issues like heating or anything?

Cheers guys, makes sense now.... I will still try just water flush and failing which i will use Morning Fresh as i know that it works a treat with my greasy dishes!!!!!! yeah i do my own dishes mate :-)

Oh ok.. I just thought that foreign substance in the cooling system will have some affect on the seals, water pump gaskets etc....
