ok, well i aint a technically or car person, so i hate doing anything to my ute. the most ive every done was wire 2 cables into the fuse box to wire a dashcam to the light and boy that was a hard task. so compared to that, how easy or hard is this?

after almost 10 years my roof lining is saging. any one elses starting to do that?

i just found 2 wires in my footwell that was live until i turned the car off and wired it to that, i think it was my interior light.

so you say plug and play, but ebay says wiring, so how much wiring is needed, do you need to remove the dash ect to install this?

anyone had any luck installing a Calais puddle mirror to their sv6 and get them work? is it even a possibility or would there need to be wiring/soldering?

i got the same genuine Holden bought and fitted when i bought my VF ute brand new and all i can say is thank the maker for the side mirrors and reverse camera lights, if it wasnt for them id have side swipped many a cars because theres little to no blind spot visions

those fold in mirrors and the android carplay would be my only 2 extra features id love to have in my ute. got the maps, the bluetooth, the techs great, just those 2 i wish we would have had it. ohh and maybe the remote start but i got a manual ute so i dont think that was possible

any model VF have folding side mirrors that fold in when cars locked? and if so can say my 2014 VF Storm ute have them?

its pretty **** of Holden to not offer self DIY upgrades now that there is no Holden, they should have released it so we can update and mod our mylinks. this is what shits me about car companies, they are your best friend and look after you leading up to buying the car, and a little afterwards...

Hey folks long story short, had a uber stop hard in front of car in front of me, they stopped just but i ran into them no biggie but bumper was cracked and so insurance claim with Captial Smart repairs and well they were ****... returned it after 16 days replaced bumper but then the door trim...

i got a chrome one and im up in brisbane areas. after watching youtube videos on how to remove the bumper, im kina 50/50 on doing it myself, i think i may be able to take the drivers side half of the bumper off to be able to get to the underside of light to unscrew but it would probs be easier...

my light seems to have some pealing, im guessing its the protectant thats come off. so thats why i thought of getting a new light. (see attached)

sweet, yeah i saw that, the key itself is still fine its just the metal has snapped off from the flip metal section so was hoping to just get the metal blank key cut pull the fob apart and stick new one in and keep on driving. should that work without seeing holden for a liver payment coding?

hey all, wondering, the metal part of my key has broken, the car can still unlock ect with the buttons, question is.... can i get a blank flip key replacement pull apart my current one, get the new metal cut and replace the old one without having to spend $400 on a new key and code to the car?

with holden out of AU it really should be allowed for owners of the car to be able to download updates to the software... its crazy that a car thats now 6 years old has not had one firmware update when my PS4 and TV had a million!

this really bugs me with holden that once you buy the car its the software and infotainment (mylink) on it is what will forever be on it with no updates EVER!!! every other devices in TVs and even FRIDGES these days have firmware/software updates but Cars dont. i still have pandora icon...
