when you had the inlet gaskets done, did he change the paper gasket between the sc and the manifold? To do the job correctly the SC would need to be removed and so this gasket could be damaged. Also make sure that there isn't an intake leak at the back of the SC. there is a U bend and the...

Vx calais l67 fuel reading issues

depending on the servo, my S1 l67 does the same but i can keep filling it. sometimes it can click 5 times and another 20 litres will go in. I think the breather for the pump is just tripping. I have had pumps that will trip after only 5 litres on an empty tank

    Changing Rear Brakes on VT

the removal of the cap is so you are able to check brake fluid. if you have ever topped it up, you will have to much fluid in the lines for the reservoir when you compress the pistons. Question about flushing radiator

when i did mine, L67, i removed both hoses from the block and put a hose joined into the small one. Fits like a glove and then i could connect my hose. Dont turn the water on too high as you could damage the core. also remember that you need to open the vacuum valve to get the water into core.

L67 manifold gasket oil and air leak

why not do a few other things while you are there. You will need to remove the supercharger, so replace the gasket and o-rings for it. while it is off you have easy access to the thermostat. Also the fuel rail will need to be removed so injector o-rings and baskets are easy access. Check for...

Battery Current Drain - VX GTS

the drain that drops to nil is because you have a relay that is powered for 30-60 mins after you lock or leave the car. This is the interior illumination relay, that will time out. it times out so that if you leave the glovebox, centre console or even an interior light on, it will power them off...
