well if u have irs then i reckno take advantage of it and go with twin 2.5" with a x pipe. if ya dont have headers then grab a set of them too with some new highflow cats.

without reading whats been said already... i would go with a DUEL plane manifold and a 1000cfm 4bbl tb. i wouldnt recomend a single plane for street use, unless u idle above 4k lol

using ur DVI port would be much better, i use the s-video on my lappy sometimes to clone and sometimes to duel but i notice on somte tv's the colours bleed. my lappy also have a DVI-D port and that being digital i would assum is be much better than the svideo and componet coz there both anolouge...

i cant find anyone at all that make a gear drive for the v6. i have found tho a few double row timing chains, so i reckon thats your best bet.

a mini spool replaces the spider gears in your differential, thus locking your differential FULL TIME.

why do u want hellical gears for? if u cant find a gear drive for ur v6, maybe a duple row timing chain instead?

what wheels have you got mate? also yeh in 100% of rear end collisions it the car behinds fault, no if buts. and again on the wheels, if you have changed ur tire profile / diameter then you need o change the speedo driven gear or calibrate ur speedo.

i paid 80 bucks for my spool (25 spline bw, 2 pinon) i installed my self. few tips.. .crown bolts are left hand thread .make sure you put the center shims and bearings in the same way they came out .if you can, try take out the whole diff or use a hoist, but its easier to work below your head...
