hey guys, want to take the badge off the back off my ve wagon, plasti-dip it, and then put it back on. If there are no locater holes how will i be sure to get it back in the same spot, and what should i stick it back on with? or do i even have to pull it off to dip it? cheers.

yeah, after some more research my flip key doesnt have the immobilizer transponder but i a using the old buttons so no problem with the bottom half.. how do i get the transponder out from the old key blade? ( non flip key)

hey guys, bought a flip key off ebay, do have both original keys and have tried the 10's acc. thing but didnt not work for me just tells me the immobilizer is now on.... any help would be great, dont really want to pay for it to be programmed....

hey man, couldnt find transponder, or the youtube video?? any more ideas? when i look in the end of my key there is nothing apart from where the non-flip key blade is embedded in the plastic.

i also had the same idea, i just bought the blank flip key off ebay and just swapped the key part as the buttons were decent, but when using the flip key the car wont start..

if u lay down in the foot well with a torch and you look at the light its an incandescent globe, i just got a pair of tweezer and pulled on it.

Hi guys, I bought a flip key blank of ebay, got the blank cut and just stuck the new flip part on the original set of buttons but the car wont start. is there anyway of manually reprogramming the key so the car will start? i do have both original keys. Cheers :)
