I have a S1 calias v and a 17 redline. Both have great points to them , I'd be pretty happy with a s1 Calais V 6.0 as balance of price , features and performance.

My redline is the same , it's not terrible but not as sharp as my series 1 Calais V. Dealer of course said they couldn't see anything at the first service.

Only non Bose models have preset eq. With the Bose you have you can only adjust the bass , mid or treble to change the eq. Also there's is the centre speaker setting for sound stage but I wouldn't reccomend using it.

That's the operating system , there is a 'settings' button on the touch screen .

By memory , you go can into the settings menu on mylink , phone setttings and can then delete or forget the device. Only a guess but this should work in theory.

Only applies to Apple , android does not need a cable for touchscreen to work. Can use also Apple via Bluetooth but need to operate it from phone.

You need to be connected by the usb cable when using Apple for full functionality via the touchscreen.

Second that , clayed mine twice so far with Mothers and works a treat. Seems to often be on special at the usual stores too, so no need to pay full price.

From my experience it depends on your phone , iphone 4 and all was good. Went to an iPhone 6 and it got worse , I came to the conclusion it's more Apple not working with the GM hardware than the other way around.

You could also use a fuse tap in your fuse box (IGN or RAP slot) for your amp, rather than search for the remote wire.

Looks great , I saw a Maloo today with the sun hitting it on the back of a car carrier and it really popped.

SIR is the airbags. Yes you have it , so disconnect your battery ( which you would do any way since your working on something electrical). Not sure on the clips though , might have something to do with the airbag but only guessing.
