check the volts of the battery to be 100% sure if you dont have a multimeter, you can check the voltage in the hidden trip computer menu, by holding mode and up when turning the key. if its below 12.4 then its a dead battery.

if the starter motor just keeps ticking then its most probably a dead battery.
