That's interesting as I took my early 2014 SV6 to the local dealer for a 50k service and they said it was going to cost me $135 to do the update!

Does anyone use Android Auto with their radio in their VF's.... if so how? I downloaded it to my phone, cant get it to work for me :(

Hi all, sorry for bumping an old thread but I recently purchased a VF and was wondering if we could have some more pics of the bonnet protectors available. Undecided whether I should go clear or black on a silver SV6 and pics might help me make a decision ...

From my experience, if you hit a roo there are no gaurantees at all what damage you do or do not sustain no matter what protection (you think) you have ... They're like mice, they get in the smallest areas and make the hugest mess if you're ever unlucky enough to hit them.

Amazing isn't it, although I am easily described as technically challenged, but I would have thought for sure if you had dipping mirros when putting the gearbox in reverse, it might, just might, work off the gearbox!

Anyone on here know if the SV6 has a slippery diff or not?

Just got a used SV 6 last week, hate the way the USB and the cig lighter points make the inputs in the centre consol sit horizontally. Always hitting the bloody things and knocking them out!

Plus anyway to outsmart the thing and get the reverse tilt mirror thingy working on lower base models?

Has anyone worked out a way to turn the beeping noise off when the reversing camera is on or on the front sensors. Dont get me wrong, I love the sensors, just hate the volume of the bleeding beeps!

Three days ago picked up my 3/2014 VF SV6. After owning commodores for the last 20 odd years, a VN Exec, VT Exec and a VY SV8 can only say this VF feels great, miss the torque of the SV8 but it is a much nicer car so far with heaps of bells and whistles!

My first post in this forum and want to follow this thread. Three days ago I purchased a 3/2014 VF SV6 and my reversing camera doesn't have any lines on it. How many others have had a software upgrade and the lines appeared? Second question, is there anyway to turn the blasted beeping noise...
