Starting from the thermostat then near the blower n then the bleeder on the pipe on the left

Hey i got a vy with a l67 motor i flushed the radiator n now its not taking anywhere near 12 litres n wen i keep try to bleed it once it gets hot it bubbles out n nearlly emptys the radiator wat am i doing wrong
