Yep, I just used a little rattle can of gloss black.

I painted my own a few years back and they still look good. A light sand with fine sand paper and hit them with a couple of coats of black Tamiya model paint then a coat of clear.

I used it on a decent sized stone chip on my bonnet and it's a huge improvement but don't expect a miracle. It's really easy to use and has been a couple of years and hasn't fadded or changed.

Had the W407 done shortly after I brought the car and definitely no regrets, power difference is not really noticeably until above 3500rpm, then it really comes alive!. When I first had it done it rocked at idle pretty seriously but that settled down after about 1000k's. Love that loopy idle sound.

I agree, + 1 for the W407, it gives you that great sounding deep loopy idle and the extra power.

It definitely pulls harder down low, but it's above 3500rpm that it really puts a smile on my face. I also had the bimodle retro fitted and it dose quit things down a little, not that I ever use it but didn't want to lose a feature of the car.
