I run DBA drilled and slotted and bendix advanced. all up trade price was under $500 and thats front and rear. they stop pretty good (alot better than standard) and they don't give off too much dust.

Is there only one type of LSD. i was told if i wanted to get a 2nd hand LSD diff keep an eye out for a "4 pinion LSD" these are meant to be really good but hard to get. In the quokka (trading post) some wreckers have them for $1000. I was just going to pick up a $200 2nd hand LSD and run it...

Did you get the motor sorted? you said that you couldn't start it. How much did the panel shop quote to do the repairs?

you can get places like automasters to do vehicle checks for you, if you shop around you can get them for like $100. they check everything and give you a sheet with what is stuffed and needs attention so it is worth it.

M3 mirrors have been done cause they look hot. they still look different with enough to notice, IMHO I think VT mirrors would be too much the same. M3 with the indicators would look classy on a stato.

yeah 'vn2nv', i heard the same thing about rear facing scoops in WA . has to do with if something blows then chances are it's going to end up all over the windscreen.
