Had the same issue. It was the rubber strip across the top of the windscreen. Carefully sprayed it with silicone underneath the rubber. That was 4 years ago.

New seal correctly seated.

Some good news. I rang the place I got it serviced at. They fixed it straight away in front of me. 10 minutes all up including the pressure wash.

I have seen reports of noises coming from the heads up display. I doubt the dash is an issue. I found that pushing on the top of the windscreen with the palm of my hand caused a creaking noise. Silicone spray underneath the seal made it go away.
