I too had never bought a new car, was looking forward to perhaps choosing between some options on my redline but there aren't any aside from external trim and wheels! You'll forget all about any frustrations you have when you get out of the mighty VS and behind the LS3 though.

I think modern electrics are a bit more reliable than that so hardly likely to be an issue. Those white marks would be the reflection of soap suds on the otherwise pristine paint yep must have taken a mystical hit that left no other marks in the few km since it was last washed.

You won't regret the spitfire choice, although I like my chrome around the grilles etc, breaks it up a bit with the black wheels, windows and tonneau.

Glad I bit the bullet when I did, there is 2 used my16 redlines Utes on carsales one with 11,267km and the other with 10,250 both advertised at $57,990!!!! I got away with $52,500 new with mats, and the 5yr warranty/roadside and slimline black plates.
