Replaced the fuel pressure regulator with a used one. Now idles and is back to a decent fuel consumption.

put in a 2nd hand fuel pressure regulator. now to see if that solves high fuel consumption. Can't do any diagnostics as BCM aint talking to anybody!

Paper clip says 12. However since the BCM will not communicate, and it is running rich, it seems unlikely nothing is wrong.

A mechanic tried with his machine. The Holden dealer also could not communicate.

Mine cracked. made a terrible noise.

Did air filter and plugs last week. RHS plugs were rich. Put back and old O2 sensor. Car started running rough after a few days. One of the plug leads was just hanging on. Replaced leads and will see how it goes. Is one wonky lead likely to make the bank run rich?

RE move the lining and unscrew the torx screws holding the locking mechanism. Take note of the position of the rods from the mechanism to the lock.
