I'm the same. My link frustrates me, however there is not one single replacement that doesn't sacrifice an existing feature. I.e adaptive reverse lines, HUD integration, etc. My perfect option would be to leave my link in the car, but be able to switch the existing screen/sound to another box...

Will a phone fit flush to the coil in this situation? I'd guess that it would need to be Level with the front lip of the storage area. I'd probably throw a magnet in to keep things from sliding about. Anyhow, just a thought.
