Put it all together tonight, i left one shim out on the right caliper as the pad simply would not go in otherwise with compressed pistons. Took it for a drive, it squeeked when it was cold then i did some hard gradual braking got them hot but no smoking etc. Sqeaks went away as i drove it more...

Nah never machined them there t3 rotors, il probly just got back to the brembo pads, i only changed for the dust issue

Changed my oil today was filthy after 6000kms quite odd, and yes i also noticed the sticker said castrol professional (not edge) from factory. So technically i havent used a dexos approved oil . I thought the correct fill was 7.6L so is it 8.3L now? The dipstick shows full at 7.6

yeah I dumped the factory oil at 1700kms and noticed inside the cabin the dealership had a Castrol edge sticker in the window so I went with that.

I use Castrol EDGE!! 5w/30 is that fine?

good luck with it mate, I did my own, I received my car in wraps from the factory as requested so no marks or scratches, could have polished lightly but I thought it was overkill to touch new paint. I prepsoled the car then coated it with C-quartz Uk edition.

I think your right, 15+ doesn't sound right to me either, the rim sticks out a fraction im trying to upload a pic but I don't have many at the moment

yeah I wasn't having any part of some guy snipping the guards and rolling them back and fill em with sikaflex. the guard lip measures 23-24mm so 7mm in perspective is barely noticeable. a look id prefer. I don't like the rolled look and the potential of distorting the guards to much risk.

i'm not 100% sure on offset, but rears are 20x10 at 15+, them wheels are made for the VF, we swapped the tyres over and it all fits sweet now, i needed to take out 7mm with the grinder at the rear of the guard to clear but im more happier with this result as opposed to have having someone cut...
