I take it the seller means intake manifold gaskets of which there are 2 on the V6 ecotech, these would be the original plastic ones which are notorious for cracking and leaking oil into the coolant and vice versa and the Holden Dealers say should be replaced at 150 k being a 'serviceable item'...

Looks like one of the plastic intake manifold gaskets has cracked and is leaking oil into the coolant and will get worse , these get brittle over time and I've heard they should be replaced at 150,000Ks ... I'd recommended you buy a pair of the aluminium ones you can get from Mace Engineering...
