Throttle positon while this is happpening is between 10 &13%. The rpm is between 1000&2000, Sometimes sticks on 2000..What do u mean by max frequency?

So ive uploaded a a short clip of what my car is doing. The car runs ok and idles fine when statinary but when in neutral and rolling or when you come to a stop itll rev high. Once you stop moving it returns to normal..in the clip im rolling down the road in neutral at 40ks and the revs are up...

Like i dont know..he had it all day and checked everything..if it doesnt sort itself in couple weeks ill look at getting a new ecu maybe..or im just going to trade it in. ive had it for 6 years and the past 12months its been 1 thing after another. ive lost interest in it..

Update: So car was with mechanic all day. He said hes tested everything. Pulled of TB inspected it. Checked all readings and apparently its doing everything correct to what the ecu wants it to do...fuel readings correct. MAF is correct.he doesnt know what is wrong...not happy cos it cost me...

So took it into the mechanic this arvo. Perfomed idle relearn (disconnect battery, then 10min idle) no change..found corroeded coolant sensor plug..so monday will put a new plug on, if that dosent fux the problem, then he has a spare MAF hes gonna to swap over..see how we go..

Its an orrsum otr. Thats where it sits i just has the top cover off

I replaced both thermostat and coolant temp about 4months ago both brand new. The temp is going from mid 80s down to like 50 then back up...im engeering.mode the only thing showing -40 is the trans sump

Yeah ive read mixed responses..ive spoken to my mechanic which will have a look tomorrow if he has time when i finish work but he said theres a couple relearns to perform or it could be a totally different issue. I told him i did it by hand and he wasnt to convinced that would be the a problem..

Yeah i never said i wiped the MAF with a rag..i only sprayed the senosr till it looked clean and i let it dry...

No i never said i sprayed through the TB. i said i sprayed onto a rag and wiped it...i took off the MAF and sprayed though that though, which is how you clean them...

Ah ok...i dont think the obd2 has that reading on it?..is the sensor on the side where the plug connect? How can i check the sensor?

Ive checked for vaccum leaks cant see any..i cant see how i would of damged the MAF. All i did was squirt MAF cleaner through it..

Ok ill give it a few days to see if it relearns itself...i have an obd2 can you do any reseting on that? Ill check the fuel trims this afternoon also...

Hi guys my ve l98 ssv is idling all over the place since cleaning the throttle body and MAF 3 days ago.. ive done idle relearn and TBS relearn. But idle it still playing up abit..its been draining the fuel the past 3 days like ive gotten 70kms out of 30litres....how much would it cost to tune it...

Yeah i just bought a obd2 of ebay so i can see what codes its showing.. i disconnected the battery and the day i posted this thread and it was fine until today..so will see if it does it leaving work later.
