various grades of sandpaper and time, start with a course grade to get the big scratches and casting imperfections out then work your way up to the fine grade to get that polished look, finish of with some autosol metal polish. you will have sore arms and silver hands buy time your done.

it was making the noise before i removed the manifold, when it put all back together after installing the new injectors it made the same noise so i don't think i made it any worse.

Has anyone tried to use the transmission cooler that is built into the radiator of a vs v6 as a power steering cooler, I've installed an aftermarket cooler for the transmission.
