and the dealerships are still charging over $70k for the MSE's...when they should sell for no more the $67k drive away.

Is it just a case of removing the rocker cover and swapping out old rocker arms for new? I.e. No adjusting or checking valve clearances? This procedure won't affect other things like timing? Hoping the procedure is idiot proof.
