Hey guys just did a manual conversion on my vr and the clutch pedal is flopping around like an old man dick and clunks when you press it all the way down is there a way to adjust the pedal to stop it from flopping around I’ve tried adjusting it at the box and it did nothing

Can anyone help I have a 1995 vr v6 bt1 and I’m about to do a manual conversion what I want to know is the bolt pattern for the tail shaft the same on a auto diff? Will a manual tail shaft fit my diff or will I need to use the manual front on my auto rear tail shaft
