Well had it in for testing today they found a crook connection on one of the injectors which smoothed the idling out , which was a relief , but now power he has found an intermittent fault with the cam sensor wiring tomorrow he will trace it out and hopefully we will know more

Yes I pulled timing cover off just to make sure it hadn’t fallen out , it’s the commodore engine harness with ecu which tapps into the v6 conversions harness, I have put a straight thru muffler on it and trying it without the cat but don’t think that was the trouble

Yep they were autolitevplugs have Ngk now after yep I figured when I found the heat band on the muffler that the cat had s..t itself and was causing back pressure but now with it playing up again I’m not so sure I have done 90ks since I did the heads then it started missing so pulled the plugs...
