Thanks for the reply calais, If i did get the response amp, would i be overpowering the 6" splits?. It is rated at 4x130wrms i think (2x380wrms bridged), so the sub would be sweet, but the 6" are only 60wrms. Would the MTX amp (704X) be a better option, coz the sub only requires 112.5-225wrms...

I am on a pretty tight budget......and i'm not exactly an audiophile.......so i may look into the jaycar one. Ur saying its **** compared to the brand name stuff.....so does it make much of a difference compared to no deadening at all?
