    Could be an O2 sensor,I have had likewise on mine,found the connector wasn't connecting correctly in the loom,But you may have a dodgy sensor.

    A few years ago,not long after converting mine to LPG I had the same problem,went through numerous air cleaner tops,eventually found the vapour hose clamps from mixer to convertor were loose & not tightened properly,retightened and bingo,problem fixed.Hope that may help a bit too.

    Nearly all correct, the heads could also have BS5/HDT stamped on them & the inlet manifold may be a modified stock one,with the 4 holes opened to two chamber size where the carby bolts up.

    Basically what the_cookster said, If u get a laser hit your gone! viccop, the spectre 4 is the latest RDD and works very well,against all but 1 RD. I've had some good hits with te cheaper RD's.

    Yes it is possible to calibrate the LPG cal functions,I have calibrated the trip computer for LPG usage and petrol.

    My VX had done 205,000 kms when I converted it to LPG, and it's still going strong & doesn't use oil @ 250,000+ Kms. The dealer was a DH!

    Think you'll find one of the shows did the story a while ago. I had uneven tyre wear in my VT,but I expected it as it didn't have the extra toe link, so I rotated the tyres every 5,000 ks and the tyres ended up lasting 30,000 kms,thats with 17" rims FE2 & towing a ski boat. So not to bad...
